Une info intéréssante du Dr Jernigan sur la lymphe et les pathologies chroniques:

Health tip of the day: Symptoms in the body often arise when there is a blockage to the movement of lymphatic fluid that drains that part of the body.
Scar tissue can cause a very definite blockage to the movement of lymph fluid. Underwire bras have been shown to block the drainage of lymph fluid from the breast. Research has shown that the risk of breast cancer increases proportionate to the number of hours per day a woman wears underwire/tight bras.
Congestion of the lymph fluid can occur causing puffiness and toxicity. Lymph fluid is a very thin liquid, almost the consistency of a high protein beef bouillon. There is a children's science experiment you can do that demonstrates what happens when lymph fluid mixes with an over acidic area of the body...any where that is inflamed.
If you take high protein beef bouillon and squeeze some lemon juice into it, the thin liquid bouillon with instantly become a jelly.. Inflammation is very often an acidic condition in the tissue. Where there is pain there is inflammation.
Obviously if the lymph fluid is gelatinous it cannot wash away toxins, cellular debris, and microbes. The tissue become more toxic as the waste disposal aspects of the lymphatic rivers a blocked.
Another cause of lymphatic congestion occurs when a person's body temperature is too cold. One might say the fluids of the body are like molasses in winter time, which gets thicker the colder it gets. Just like molasses, the lymph fluid viscosity thins out again when you warm the body.
In people with this problem I like to use a product I specifically developed to address many of the underlying issues when the core temperature is below 97.0 degrees. This product is appropriately called, "Core Warmth" and is available through the Hansa Center.
Here again we see where the huge benefit comes by having an infrared sauna in your home. These saunas cost only about 0.11 cents a day to operate, and the benefits are almost innumerable.
