Voici mes résultats pour qques vit. B (analyse faite récemment):
Acide folique sérique
8,6 ng/ml (VR: 3,1 - 20,5)

Vitamine B12
432 pg/ml (VR: 187 - 883)

Vitamine B6 - sang total (CLHP)
30,8 microg/L (VR: 8,7 - 27,2)
124,65 nmol/L (VR: 35,20-110,07)


A priori pas trop de soucis de ce point de vue, non? Ou est-ce que ces analyses sont comme le TSH ou la vit.D (c.a.d. qu'il faut demander d'autres tests pour réellement voir les carences ou interpréter les résultats???).
D'ailleurs, on pourrait presque faire un sujet sur "Ce qu'il faut vraiment écrire sur l'ordonnance pour pas faire des analyses bidons qui servent à rien"...

Tu veux dire pour la vit. B? Je crois que oui. Le soucis c'est que j'avais fais d'autres analyses en même temps qui elles n'étaient pas remboursé, donc difficile de faire la part des choses.

Alors la je ne sais pas vraiment quoi te dire lebow... c'est l'éternelle question de savoir si une déficience/excès sanguin ou urinaire est représentatif de la réalité ou une valeur sans intéret majeur. On connait cette problématique pour les hormones principalement sur le fait qu'elles soient libres ou liés a des protéines qui faussent les mesures standards, et il est légitime en effet de savoir si les valeurs sont réellement utiles en version "basiques" pour les autres composés.
Ce qu'on peut voir par exemple et qui est intéréssant c'est que des personnes seraient par exemple "dans la norme" ou même au dessus (limite excès) dans le sang alors que l'analyse cellulaire de l'oligoscan peut démonter des carences de ce même minéral dans la cellule.... :sarcastic:
Du coup un excès sanguin peut vouloir dire également une forte "remise en circulation" d'un composé dans le sang (pour une raison X ou Y) alors même que le corps a une réserve basse de ce dernier et donc qu'une supplémentation est adaptée au contraire...

L'oligoscan peut aider en ce sens, tout comme le peuvent les techniques de biorésonance ou de kinésilogie appliquée.

Mouais, c'est bien ce que je me dis... Même si les résultats semblent "dans les normes", ça ne veut pas dire que je n'ai pas besoin de me supllémenter...

Quel autre analyse faut-il faire pour savoir si la TSH est correct hormis TSH T3L ou T4L je rajoute tjs ces 2 derniers sur l'ordonnance?
